Pan Roasted Mushrooms

8 oz. – Crimini Mushrooms
1 bunch – Green Onions – sliced
A big pinch of fresh chopped parsley, basil, thyme, or orgeano
1/4 c Bourbon Barrel Aged Worcestershire Sauce

Toss together in a bowl and let sit for 20 minutes.

  • Heat skillet and coat with olive oil
  • Sautee mushrooms and let caramelize
  • Sprinkle with grated parmesean cheese while still warm and toss to coat

Serve as hors d’oeuvre or side dish to any grilled meat.
