Cobbler

The Fruit
3 Tablespoons of unsalted butter
¼ Cup of Bourbon Barrel Foods, Bourbon Vanilla Sugar
6 Cups of fruit

Directions
Melt butter in a large skillet. Stir in the sugar until it dissolves and then add the fruit. Coat each piece of fruit and cook until it starts to render some of its juices.
Fill 6 small bowls or ramekins or anything oven safe.

The Topping
1 package of Bourbon Barrel Foods Biscuit Mix
3 Tablespoons of Bourbon Vanilla Sugar
½ Cup of heavy cream

Directions
Mix together Bourbon Barrel Foods brand Biscuit Mix per instructions and add an extra ½ Cup of heavy cream. Drop a dollop of the biscuit mix on top of the fruit and give a generous sprinkle of Bourbon Vanilla Sugar on each biscuit. Bake the cobblers on a lined cookie sheet (they may bubble over a bit) for 15 minutes at 425° or until the biscuit is crisp and nicely browned. These are best served warm with a scoop of ice cream or fresh whipped cream. 6 servings.
