Grilled pork chop with Bourbon Vanilla Sorghum & fresh herbs

Ingredients for 2 servings
Rib chops with the bone in taste better and present well
A porterhouse is used in this recipe, but any cut would work fine

2 porterhouse cut pork chops
2 tablespoons of Bourbon Vanilla Sorghum
Fresh chopped thyme and parsley
Bourbon smoked sea salt and pepper

Directions
Slather chops with sorghum and season with salt, pepper, and the fresh chopped herbs
Grill for 5 minutes on each side (time may differ with different grill types)
