Grilled Salmon with Bourbon Barrel Foods Blueberry Sorghum

Ingredients for 2 servings
(2) 5-6 oz salmon filets (skin on or off)
(2) Tablespoons Bourbon barrel foods blueberry flavored sorghum
One sprig fresh rosemary
Bourbon smoked sea salt and cracked pepper

Directions
Slather salmon filets with sorghum, rosemary, salt and pepper
Grill 10-12 minutes (depending on thickness and grill) skin side down over indirect heat (375°-425°).
Garnish with fresh herbs and a drizzle of sorghum.
Salt and pepper to taste
