Bourbon and Brunch

Bourbon and brunch are staples for most Kentuckians’ weekends. For this cooking demo, Matt Jamie, founder and owner, prepared a few of his favorite brunch dishes for 22 guests. Matt’s menu included Bourbon Country Sangria, Artisan Toast and Jam, Fresh Berries with Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Whipped Cream, Pure Cane Sorghum and Bourbon Smoked Pepper Bacon, Bourbon Country French Toast with Blackberry Sorghum, Bourbon Smoked Asparagus, and Slow Poached Eggs with Bluegrass Soy Sauce.
