You’ve got your spices smoked with Bourbon Barrel Staves and sauces aged, too – why not create your whole BBQ meal with the flavors of Bourbon Country. Measuring in about 1.5/2-inch each, to optimise smoking time, these chunks are cut from authentic bourbon barrel staves. Fire-up the grill or smoker and create BBQ flavors that will form a line for seconds.
