Description
Bourbon Smoked Pepper Bacon is a collaboration with Kentucky Proud, Broadbent Foods. Broadbent B & B Foods has been producing cured meats since 1909. The Broadbent family settled in Kentucky for the perfect meat curing conditions in the early 1900s and still use the same curing technique and traditions as their forefathers.
Do not be alarmed if your product is warm when it arrives.
Broadbent Country Bacon is a dry-cured product. It does not require refrigeration. It has a shelf life of three months if left unrefrigerated. Refrigerating or freezing upon receipt will extend the quality and life of the product. All products are USDA inspected and meet all USDA shipping requirements for safety.
This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions.
