Smoothies in the Office

Today we are making smoothies in the office! This is the perfect time of year to jump start healthy eating with a simple and delicious smoothie. This is a great on-the-go recipe!

Recipe:

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

4 ounces Almond Milk (we use unsweetened)

1 banana

2 tablespoons almond butter

2 tablespoons Bourbon Smoked Cacao Nibs

1 teaspoon Bourbon Barrel Aged Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoon Bourbon Barrel Aged Pure Cane Sorghum

5 large ice cubes

 

Method:

Blend all ingredients into a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
