(Pork chops with the bone in taste better and present well. A porterhouse is used in this recipe, but any cut would work fine)
The Stuff
2 porterhouse cut pork chops
2 tablespoons of Bourbon Vanilla Sorghum
Fresh chopped thyme and parsley (save a bit presentation)
Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
The How
Slather chops with sorghum and season with salt, pepper, and the fresh chopped herbs
Grill for 7 minutes on each side (time may differ with different grill types and temperatures)
Let chops rest for a few minutes and re apply sorghum and herbs for presentation.
