Pan Seared Flank Steak

Ingredients Flank Steak 6-8 oz Bourbon Barrel Aged Soy Sauce—1/4 cup Bourbon Smoked Pepper—1 Tablespoon Kentucky Sweet Sorghum—2 Tablespoons Parsley—fresh chopped—big pinch Ginger—fresh minced—1 teaspoon Garlic—fresh minced—1 teaspoon Directions Place steak in shallow bowl. Mixed all ingredients, whisk and pour over steak. Marinate for 2-3 hours. Heat skillet and coat with olive oil and cook steak evenly on both sides. Remove steak to rest. Pour marinade into to skillet and heat until slightly thickened. Medium rare—3 to 4 minutes per side - Medium—4 to 5 minutes per side.
