Pizza Grilled with Bourbon Stave Grilling Wood

Ingredients 1 lb pizza dough 1/4 c pesto 3 medium tomatoes 8 oz mozzarella, sliced thin Bourbon Smoked Salt Bourbon Smoked Pepper Bourbon Barrel Grill Wood For the dough, roll out the dough into 3-4 rounds about 1/8-1/4 inch thick rounds. Oil te dough rounds, and place them on a oiled cookie sheet. Cover the dough in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes- 1 hour. Place the dough on the grill, and grill for 2-3 minutes. With tongs, transfer the dough back onto the cookie sheet with the grill marks facing up. Spread the dough with pesto, mozzarella, tomatoes, and Bourbon Smoked Salt and Pepper. Place the pizza back on the grill for 2-3 more minutes. Enjoy!
