Pure Cane Sorghum Pecan Bars

  Ingredients Crust 2 sticks of butter, very soft/partially melted 3/4 c Bourbon Smoked Sugar 2 c all purpose flour Filling 2 eggs, lightly beaten 3/4 c corn syrup 3/4 c Bourbon Smoked Sugar 1 TBS Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Extract 3 TBS Pure Cane Sorghum .5 oz Bourbon 2 c pecan halves Heat oven to 375. In a large bowl, mix butter with an electric mixture on medium high until it is fluffy. Add sugar and mix for another minute or two. Add flour and reduce the speed to medium low. Press the crust into a greased 9X11 or 9X13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine all of the filling. When the crust is done baking, pour the filling ingredients over the partially cooked crust. Make sure the pecans are evenly distributed. Bake for another 20-25 minutes. Let the pecan bars cool for 15 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
