1 c Bourbon Vanilla Sugar
1/2 c water
14 oz dark chocolate chips
1/2 c hulled pumpkin seeds
1/2 c almonds, chopped
Bourbon Smoked Salt
Over medium high heat, stir together Bourbon Vanilla Sugar and water until the mixture reaches 280 degrees. If you do not have a candy thermometer, cook the sugar and water until it is caramel brown and foamy. Stir in pumpkin seeds and chopped almonds. Pour the mixture onto a 2 ft piece of parchment. Try to pour the candy into a long strip, and make sure the pumpkin seeds and almonds are distributed evenly. Let the candy cool. Meanwhile, melt the dark chocolate in a large pot. Pour the chocolate over the candy. Sprinkle Bourbon Smoked Salt over the melted chocolate. Let the candy cool completely. When the candy is cooled and hardened, break it into pieces. Enjoy!
