  Sausage Gravy Ingredients 1 part flour 1 part grease (bacon, sausage, etc) Milk Bourbon Barrel Aged Worcestershire Sauce Bourbon Smoked Salt Bourbon Smoked Pepper For sausage, mix together equal parts grease and flour in a large pan until the flour is browned. Add milk until the gravy is very thin and pale. Mix rapidly. With a large spatula or spoon, smash out clumps until the gravy is smooth. The gravy should start to thicken. Add a little more milk and sausage pieces. Mix in Bourbon Smoked Salt, Bourbon Smoked Pepper, and a little but of Bourbon Barrel Foods' Worcestershire. Simmer on med-low until gravy is thickened. Serve over biscuits! Enjoy! Try this recipe with eggs sunny side up, sausage, and bacon!
