Bibb and Sorghum Vinaigrette Salad

INGREDIENTSbbf-food-jan14-0016 1 head of Bibb or butter lettuce ½ cup cooked beets, diced ¼ cup blood orange supremes, segmented ¼ cup crumbled chevere ½ cup Woodford Reserve Sorghum Vinaigrette Dressing ¼ cup crushed pistachios Bourbon Smoked Salt and Pepper     INSTRUCTIONS Wash and pull apart the Bibb lettuce. Place the lettuce on the plate. In a bowl, toss the cooked beets, orange segments, chevere, Sorghum Vinaigrette Dressing and add salt and pepper to taste. Add the mixture on top of the Bibb lettuce and serve.
