6 lbs. Short Ribs, cut across the ribs – Ask your butcher for “picnic” or “Korean-style” short ribs
1 bottle Kentuckyaki
Marinate the short ribs in Kentuckyaki for 12-24 hours.
Grill the ribs in batches until they turn caramel brown and develop slightly charred edges, 6-8 minutes on each side. Cut between the bones. Garnish with grilled fruit and green onions.
