Combine all ingredients in flute. Garnish with beet blush leaves.
*Strawberry Syrup: 1 cup strawberries + 1/2 cup water + 1/2 cup white sugar. Bring to a boil on stove, remove from heat. Blend on low in blender, strain with fine mesh strainer. Keep refrigerated.
Batch (8 servings)
1.5 cups Old Forester Mint Julep
4 oz Strawberry Syrup*
1.5 tsp Old Forester Hummingbird Bitters
2 bottles Korbel Brut
Combine first three ingredients and store in a bottle/serving vessel. Per serving, add 2 oz mixture, top with Brut. Garish with beet blush leaves.
