Marinade:
1/4 C Bourbon Barrel Bluegrass Soy Sauce
1/4 C extra virgin olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
Bourbon Smoked Pepper to taste
Directions:
Whisk together ingredients. Place steak in a nonreactive desk and pour marinade over top. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours. Before grilling, remove from marinade and pat excess.
