  Stuffed Portobellos Ingredients 4 portobello mushrooms, cleaned 4 eggs Bourbon Smoked Salt Bourbon Smoked Pepper Fresh Thyme Olive Oil   For the portobellos, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle olive oil on two portobello mushrooms. Crack an egg on each portobello and sprinkle with fresh thyme, Bourbon Smoked Salt, Bourbon Smoked Pepper. Bake for 10 minutes.
