Barrel Proof - Bourbon Barrel Grilling Blocks
The aroma emanating from the bag of Bourbon Blocks feels like someone just handed you a neat pour of your favorite bourbon. A bourbon barrel exists to impart its rich flavor and color to the bourbon aging inside its white oak staves. For the bourbon aging process, the barrel can only be used once. These Barrel Proof Smoking Blocks are made from reclaimed barrel wood so none of that rich, okay flavor goes to waste. Measuring about 1.5/2 inches each to optimize smoking time, these chunks are cut from authentic Kentucky bourbon barrel staves.
When used as grilling chips, Barrel Proof Smoking Blocks release a sweet, smoky flavor, creating a unique richness that can only be achieved by using authentic white oak bourbon barrels.

International will be shipped via USPS standard (negotiated) shipping.
