  Bourbon Gazpacho Ingredients 1 cup cubed Baguette with crust off 8 very ripe tomatoes chopped 1 cucumber peeled and seeded 1-2 medium sized garlic cloves chopped 1 tbsp Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt 1 tbsp Bourbon Smoked Paprika 1/8 cup Bourbon Barrel Aged Worcestershire 1/2 cup Olive Oil Directions Soak bread in bowl w/tomato juice for 10 min. until soft & blend tomatoes, cucumber, garlic, salt, paprika, olive oil and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. (Strain solids if desired through a mesh sieve) Transfer to an airtight container & chill before serving. Sample & adjust taste.. Garnish 1/4 Red bell pepper diced1/4 Red onion diced 1/4 tbsp Bourbon Smoked Black Pepper 1/4 tbsp Bourbon Smoked Paprika 1/2 diced cucumber peeled & seeded Finely chop Red bell pepper, onion, & cucumber-Mix w/Paprika & Pepper Ladle into bowl, Garnish & serve
