Bourbon Sugar Cinnamon Filling
1 cup Bourbon Smoked Sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 TBS cinnamonPancakes
4 cups flour
8 tsp baking powder
2 tsp Bourbon Smoked Salt
2 TBS oil
4 cups milk
1 tsp Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Extract
4 eggs lightly beaten
Cream cheese Frosting
4 oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tsp Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup butter
Melt Bourbon Sugar, cinnamon, and butter together in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Set aside.For the pancakes, all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Heat griddle to medium.
With a 1/3 cup measuring cup, scoop batter onto the hit griddle. Spoon the Bourbon Sugar and cinnamon mixture in a swirl-shape on top of the pancakes.
For the cream cheese frosting, melt butter and cream cheese in the microwave. Add in powdered sugar and Bourbon Vanilla, and mix the frosting until smooth. Scoop a heap of frosting on your pancake and enjoy!
