- Grate the large cucumbers in to a sieve set into a bowl. Press down with the back of a spoon to extract as much of the cucumber juice as possible. You should have ½ cup. Set aside.
- Using a vegetable peeler, mandolin or knife, peel or cut 12 long, thin strips of cucumber around the inside of four cocktail glasses.
- For each cocktail glass, pour in the cucumber juice, Woodford Reserve® Mint Julep Syrup and gin. Stir. Fill glass with ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with sprig of mint.

For each cocktail:
1 oz. cucumber juice
½ oz Woodford Reserve® Mint Julep Syrup
1 ½ oz. gin (Hendrick’s preferably)
Tonic water
Mint sprigs, for garnish
