Flat Iron Buffalo steak with roasted Crimini and Worcestershire "demi-glace"

Ingredients 8 oz buffalo flat iron buffalo steak (can use regular flat iron steak) Crimini mushrooms--quartered ¼ cup Bourbon Barrel Aged Worcestershire 1 T unsalted butter Bourbon smoked salt and pepper to taste Directions Season steak with bourbon smoked salt and pepper Sear steak in iron skillet with olive oil on one side Turn steak and add mushrooms Cook steak 3 to 4 minutes on both sides Remove steak and mushrooms to rest Deglaze pan with Worcestershire and thicken with butter Serve with warm potato salad and sautéed zucchini.
