Ingredients
Ripe Avocados
1 Lime
1/2 c Fresh Cilantro
4 TBS Olive oil
1/2 Jalapeño (deseeded)
Bourbon Smoked Salt
Bourbon Barrel Stave Grill Wood
In a food processor, process the lime, 1/2 c fresh cilantro, olive oil, jalapeno, and salt. Set aside. Cut the avocados in half. Heat the grill and soaked grilling wood to high. Grill the avocados face down until char marks appear. Drizzle with dressing and serve with pepper slices. Enjoy!
