5 Medium sized Yukon gold potatoes, peeled
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/4 tsp. Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt
Sour cream and chives for garnish INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F. Peel potatoes, giving them a smooth and rounded egg shape. Cut the potatoes lengthwise, stopping 1/4 inch before cutting all the way through.In a small bowl, mix together the butter, Bourbon Smoked Salt, and Bourbon Smoked Pepper. Dip the sliced potatoes into the mixture. Place the potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet. Cook until golden brown, 35-45 minutes. Top with sour cream and chives.
