Mint Julep Fudge

  Ingredients 2 cups Mint Julep Sugar 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter 1/2 cup sour cream 7 oz marshmallow cream 12 oz white chocolate chips 1/4 TBS (you can add up to 4 TBS before the fudge will not set) Bourbon 3 tsp mint extract 1 tsp Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Extract 1 1/2 cup chopped and toasted pecans plus more for sprinkling In a sauce pan, melt Mint Julep Sugar, butter, and sour cream together. Heat the mixture on medium until the sugar is completely dissolved. Bring the mixture to a boil, and stir constantly for five minutes. Turn the burner off. Mix in the marshmallow cream and white chocolate chips. Stir in bourbon, mint extract, vanilla extract, and toasted pecans. In a baking pan lined with foil and lightly greased with cooking spray, poor and spread the mixture evenly. Sprinkle with more pecans. Let sit until the fudge has completely set up.
