Ingredients (Serves 2-4)
- 8 oz. - Crimini Mushrooms
- 1 bunch - Green Onions - sliced
- A big pinch of fresh chopped parsley, basil, thyme, or orgeano
- 1/4 c Bourbon Barrel Aged Worcestershire Sauce
Toss together in a bowl and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Heat skillet and coat with olive oil
- Sautee mushrooms and let caramelize
- Sprinkle with grated parmesean cheese while still warm and toss to coat
Serve as hors d'oeuvre or side dish to any grilled meat.
