Pie ingredients:
1/2 c lemon juice
3 TBS lemon zest
14 oz sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Extract
3 egg yolks
1 baked and cooled pie crust
Meringue ingredients:
6 egg whites
1/2 Bourbon Vanilla Sugar
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
Preheat oven to 325. In a large bowl, combine all of the pie ingredients and fill the pie shell. Bake for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, in a clean bowl, mix all of the meringue ingredients on high. Top the pie with the meringue ingredients and bake for 15-20 minutes (until the meringue is golden brown).
