Spicy Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz can black beans,
  • drained and rinsed 2
  • 1/2 TBS tahini
  • 2 jalapenos,
  • chopped (if you prefer milder hummus, deseed the peppers) 2
  • cloves garlic 2 TBS lemon juice 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil + more 1 TBS Bourbon Smoked Paprika + more Bourbon Smoked Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Put all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process on high until the hummus is smooth.
  3. Serve the hummus in a bowl and garnish with olive oil and Bourbon Smoked Paprika.
  4.  Serve with pita chips. Enjoy!
