Ingredients:
- 15 oz can black beans,
- drained and rinsed 2
- 1/2 TBS tahini
- 2 jalapenos,
- chopped (if you prefer milder hummus, deseed the peppers) 2
- cloves garlic 2 TBS lemon juice 2 TBS extra virgin olive oil + more 1 TBS Bourbon Smoked Paprika + more Bourbon Smoked Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a food processor.
- Process on high until the hummus is smooth.
- Serve the hummus in a bowl and garnish with olive oil and Bourbon Smoked Paprika.
- Serve with pita chips. Enjoy!
