Ingredients
15 oz can black beans, drained and rinsed
2 1/2 TBS tahini
2 jalapenos, chopped (if you prefer milder hummus, deseed the peppers)
2 cloves garlic
2 TBS lemon juice
2 TBS extra virgin olive oil + more
1 TBS Bourbon Smoked Paprika + more
Bourbon Smoked Salt and Pepper to taste
Put all ingredients in a food processor. Process on high until the hummus is smooth. Serve the hummus in a bowl and garnish with olive oil and Bourbon Smoked Paprika. Serve with pita chips. Enjoy!
