Strawberries and Bourbon Vanilla Whipped Cream

Strawberries meet Bourbon Vanilla Whipped Cream for a Kentucky twist on the classic Wimbledon dessert! Strawberries are a traditon to Wimbledon, it all started simply because the delious red fruit was in season but quickly grew into an annual ritual. 1 1/2-2 pints of fresh strawberries, washed 2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/4 cup Bourbon Vanilla Sugar 1 tsp. Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla Extract Place a mixing bowl and beaters to an electric mixer in the freezer for about 5 minutes. Put Bourbon Vanilla Sugar in a food processor and process on high until sugar is very fine. Take the mixing bowl and beaters out of the freezer. Add all ingredients to the mixing bowl. Mix on high until stiff peaks form. Serve over Strawberries for a dessert you will LOVE.
