Makes 1 cocktail
1½ ounces Woodford Reserve Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey
4 drops Woodford Reserve® Sassafras & Sorghum Bitters
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
half and half (optional)
Bourbon Barrel Smoked Black Pepper, to garnish
Method
In a blender, place all ingredients and blend until smooth. Sometimes, a touch of half and half is required, depending upon the ice cream. Pour into snifter. Garnish with a pinch of smoked black pepper.
