Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Old Forester Signature 100 Proof
- 0.75 oz Old Forester Oleo-Saccharum Syrup
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Apricot Brandy
- 1 Egg White
- 3 droppers Old Forester Hummingbird Bitters
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in shaker tin, shake vigorously without ice. Add ice, shake vigorously. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with 3 droppers Old Forester Hummingbird Bitters on top of foam.
