INGREDIENTS
1 lb. shrimp, peeled, deveined, cleaned, and rinsed
2 tsp. Bourbon Smoked Paprika
1 tsp. Bourbon Smoked Salt
2-3 pieces Grill Wood
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350ºF and place your stave in the oven. In a medium bowl, toss and coat the shrimp with Bourbon Smoked Paprika and Bourbon Smoked Salt. Remove the staves from the oven and place the shrimp on wood. Cook until the shrimp are pink, about 10-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
