Sorghum and Prosciutto Pears

  Ingredients 1 bartlett pear Pure Cane Sorghum 2 oz goat cheese 2 oz Prosciutto   Cut the pear into thin slices. Cut out the core. Place a piece of prosciutto over the pear. Place a 1/4 tsp of goat cheese on top of the prosciutto. Drizzle with Pure Cane Sorghum.
