The Bourbon Barrel Foods offices are open 9am-4pm Monday through Friday. We are a small-batch team and often away from our desk helping other departments. Email is the best way to reach us.

info@bourbonbarrelfoods.com – ask us any questions and we will get your question out to the right department.

Is this the wholesale website?

No, this is Bourbon Barrel Foods’ direct-to-consumer website. If you are a retailer interested in selling Bourbon Barrel Foods products you must be approved by the wholesale team. If you are already a wholesale member, or want to apply to become one, please visit www.bourbonbarrelfoodswholesale.com.

Bourbon Barrel Foods is not obligated to make changes or corrections on behalf of the retailer. If you have submitted an order to this site in error, you will be subject to fees. Please reach out to sales@bourbonbarrelfoods.com as soon as possible to make the correction. If the order is shipped before we are notified we will not be able to make any changes to your charges.

What happens after I place my order?

Bourbon Barrel Foods will automatically receive confirmation of your order. Orders received and shipping labels are printed at the start of business day, typically once a day, and sent to the fulfillment floor. Our fulfillment staff reviews each order and packs them in the appropriate sized box. Once the boxes are complete, they await the carrier pickup. You will receive your tracking number via email when the shipping label is scanned by the carrier.

What are my Shipping Options?

Visit UPS.com to learn more about their terms. USPS Priority is offered as our economy service. All shipping deals and promotions will be shipped through the USPS carrier.

How long until I receive my package?

Unless otherwise noted – if the product is available for purchase there should not be any stock delays. All orders are filled in the order we receive them. January-November please allow 2 business days for processing and fulfillment. During the month of December please allow 5 business days for processing and fulfillment. If you’ve placed an order mid-day, would like your order to be moved to the top of the line and would like to have your order shipped out the same day – just ask! We will do our best to help. Contact Emily@bourbonbarrelfoods.com.

Follow these guidelines for transit times:

  • Northern US: 2-6 days (+ one day for rural/remote areas)
  • Eastern US: 2-8 days
  • Southern US: 2-8 days
  • Western US: 3-10 days (Mississippi to West Coast)

Deliveries outside of the US take longer to go through customs.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, Bourbon Barrel Foods ships to other countries. We will not be able to provide you with an estimate of shipping costs. Costs are determined by sipping weights and regions. Shipping cost can be calculated at checkout prior to payment.

Shipment to other countries takes longer to process. Bourbon Barrel Foods will fill out all customs forms, but these boxes do get flagged often – the word bourbon is in the name of the company.

All orders to Canada will be shipped via UPS standard (negotiated) shipping. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Some countries may require additional fees paid Collect on Delivery (COD). These fees are paid to the local carrier and are not collected by Bourbon Barrel Foods.

Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.

ORDER ISSUES

What happens when a product arrives damaged?

We pack all of our orders to the best of our ability. However, transit can be very hard on a box. Please take pictures of the damage and let us know right away. We will do what we can to resolve the problem. Email info@bourbonbarrelfoods.com.

Why was my package returned?

The most common reason a package is returned or stops tracking is because it was visibly broken/damaged in transit. This can take extra time to sort out and process before we are notified. If you notice an issue with the tracking process before we do, don’t hesitate to reach out. Once we know of the problem we can work on solutions. Email info@bourbonbarrelfoods.com.

Missing or wrong items sent - What should I do?

All of our orders are filled by humans. We strive to get your order right, but make mistakes from time-to-time. We always want to make them right for you. Please let us know if your order showed up incorrectly and we will fix it. Email info@bourbonbarrelfoods.com.
