1 lb. pecan halves
Enough oil to coat pecans
2 heaping Tbsp. Woodford Reserve® Chef’s Blend
Coat pecans in oil and cook in a three quart pan on medium-high heat for 8-10 minutes. Strain pecans. Mix pecans with Chef’s Blend in a separate bowl.

Compound butter is great for grilling chicken, steak, vegetables, or seafood. This recipe is extremely easy and is an essential to all Bourbon Barrel Foods cookouts.
Soften butter. Combine ingredients with a spatula and store in a container or parchment.
