Chef Roney’s menu included a Bourbon Buttered Crudite, Pastrami-Cured Verlasso Salmon, and a Bourbon Creme Brulee. Guests also enjoyed a complimentary autumn-inspired cocktail from The Oakroom’s head mixologist.
