Makes 1 Cocktail
Rinse the inside of a cocktail or coupe glass with mezcal. In a mixing glass, add bourbon, bitters, vermouth and ice. Stir and strain into cocktail/coupe glass. Garnish with a bourbon cherry.

1 ounce Woodford Reserve® Distiller’s Select Bourbon
½ ounce Pimm’s #1®
4 ounces merlot wine
4 drops Woodford Reserve® Aromatic Bitters
1 ounce lemon-lime soda
simple syrup, to taste
fresh berries, to garnish
In a red wine glass, add ice and all ingredients. Stir well. Garnish with berries.

2 tablespoons vanilla simple syrup (see recipe)
2 dashes Woodford Reserve® Aromatic Bitters
2 ounces Kentucky Bourbon
Champagne or Prosecco
Woodford Reserve® Bourbon Cherries, for garnish
1) In a chilled champagne flute, add the vanilla simple syrup and bitters. Pour in the bourbon and mix well. Top off with champagne or prosecco and garnish with a cherry.
Vanilla Simple Syrup
Makes 1 cup
1 cup Bourbon Barrel Vanilla Sugar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon Bourbon Barrel Aged Madagascar Vanilla Extract
1) In a small saucepan, combine the vanilla sugar and water. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Once dissolved, remove from heat. Stir in the vanilla. Allow to cool completely. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Syrup keeps for 1 month.

Makes 4 servings
1/2 cup Woodford Reserve®
1 tablespoon Bourbon Smoked Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Woodford Reserve® Aromatic Bitters
2 (12 ounce) bottles amber beer
4 strips orange peel
4 Woodford Reserve® Cocktail Cherries
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add bourbon, sugar, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into 4 rocks glasses and top each glass with half a bottle of beer.
Rub each glass rim with orange peel and add to the drink. Garnish with a bourbon cherry and serve.

1/2 Pure Cane Sorghum
1 barspoon Bourbon Smoked Sugar
2 dashes Woodford Reserve® Bourbon Barrel Aged Aromatic Bitters
Pinch of Bourbon Smoked Salt
Woodford Reserve® Bourbon Cherry
Add sugar, bitters, and Pure Cane Sorghum to a glass and stir until sugar is almost dissolved. Add bourbon and stir again. Add Bourbon Cherry, ice, and express orange peel. Add a pinch of salt on top.
