Description
Bourbon Smoked Chili Powder: A bourbon smoked blend of mild chilies and spices adds a robust flavor to any dish.
Bourbon Smoked Citrus Pepper: A bourbon smoked twist on a modern classic. Bourbon Smoked Pepper blended with orange peel and fennel is biting and pungent.
Bourbon Smoked Garlic Salt: A bourbon smoked, easy to use, extremely flavorful, version of a classic spice blend. Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt blended with garlic, fennel, and orange peel creates a flavorful combination.
Bourbon Smoked Togarashi: Togarashi is a traditional Japanese pepper blend that contains seven ingredients. We bent the rules a bit. This blend is an excellent seasoning for soups, noodles, rice, potatoes, vegetables, all meats and our favorite… cheesecake!
Bourbon Smoked Chef’s Blend combines sea-salt, quarter cracked pepper and paprika that has been slow-smoked over oak bourbon barrel staves. We add the finest demerara sugar, garlic, and parsley to the blend for the perfect savory-sweet balance. This blend is irresistible on fresh seasonal vegetables, beef, pork, poultry, and seafood. Use it as your go-to spice for grilling, roasting, and pan-frying.
Bourbon Smoked Sugar is a raw demerara sugar smoked with repurposed bourbon barrel staves. It has sweet caramel flavors and the richness of smoked oak. Use it as a finishing sugar on fruit crisps, pies, cookies and cocktails.

Matt Jamie -Founder and owner of Bourbon Barrel Foods
Founder of Bourbon Barrel Foods, Matt Jamie — America's only micro-brewed soy maker and gourmet spice company owner tells his story through his love of cuisine in his "Eat Your Bourbon" hardcover cookbook. Learn how this not-so-Southern chef went from being a stay-at-home dad to selling his bourbon barrel aged soy sauce to Japan. Matt gives insight into his company Bourbon Barrel Foods, mingles with award-winning chefs, and shares his range of recipes using his handcrafted products. His company mantra, "Eat Your Bourbon" integrates cuisine from his travels abroad with the comforting flavors reminiscent of the Bluegrass state. Organized by courses, with a distinct bourbon flair, the mouthwatering recipes are easy for a cook with any skill level to replicate.
