Bourbon Barrel Buttermilk Pancake Mix Recipe:
- 1 bag Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 2 cups buttermilk or milk
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
In a medium bowl, combine pancake mix, buttermilk, eggs, and oil. Mix well. Pour on a preheated griddle, 1/3 cup at a time. Turn once when bubbles appear.
Yield: 10 – 12 pancakes.
Buttermilk Waffle Recipe:
- 1 bag Buttermilk Pancake Mix
- 1 2/3 cup buttermilk or milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup melted butter or oil
In a medium mixing bowl, combine pancake mix, buttermilk, eggs, and oil. Mix well. Pour preheated in waffle maker. Follow waffle maker instructions for cooking.
Yield: 6-6″ waffles
