Watermelon Mint Cooler

Makes 10 (6 oz.) cocktails

4 cups seedless watermelon, chopped

1/3 cup Woodford Reserve® Mint Julep Syrup

½ cup lime juice, freshly squeezed

2 cups vodka

Lime slices, for garnish

Mint sprigs, for garnish

Method:

1. In a blender, add the watermelon and blend until completely pureed. Pour into a large pitcher. Add the Woodford Reserve® Mint Julep Syrup, lime juice and vodka. Stir well to combine.
2. Fill cooler glasses with ice and pour in watermelon cocktail. Garnish each glass with a sprig of mint and a lime.
