Makes 1 Cocktail
1½ ounces Woodford Reserve® Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey
½ ripe peach, diced
4 drops Woodford Reserve® Spiced Cherry Bitters
½ ounce simple syrup
lemon-lime soda or soda water, to taste
1 peach wedge, to garnish
ice
Method
In a mixing glass, add diced peaches. Muddle well. Add Woodford Reserve® Rye, Cherry Bitters, simple syrup and ice. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with lemon-lime soda or soda water and garnish with a peach wedge.
