As summer draws to a close, it’s the perfect time to fire up the grill and enjoy the bounty of fresh vegetables that are ripe and ready for eating. Whether you’re a vegetarian or simply looking to add some healthy options to your diet, there are plenty of delicious options to choose from.

Some of the best vegetables to grill at the end of summer include corn, zucchini, eggplant, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Corn can be grilled on the cob or cut off and placed in a foil packet with butter and spices for a delicious side dish. Zucchini and eggplant can be sliced and grilled with olive oil and garlic for a tasty and healthy main course. Bell peppers can be stuffed with cheese and grilled for a flavorful appetizer, while tomatoes can be grilled and served with fresh mozzarella and basil for a simple but delicious salad.

To take your grilling to the next level, consider adding some Bourbon Barrel Foods spices and sauces to your grill. These unique and flavorful products are made with high-quality ingredients and will add a touch of smoky sweetness to your grilled vegetables. Try adding some Bourbon Smoked Paprika to your corn or zucchini, or brush some Bourbon Barrel Aged Sorghum glaze on your grilled eggplant or bell peppers. No matter what you choose, your end of summer grilling experience is sure to be a hit with these delicious and healthy options.
