1 tsp. Bourbon Smoked Salt
1 tsp. Bourbon Smoked Pepper
1 tbsp. Bourbon Smoked Chili & Coffee Rub
4 garlic cloves
1 shallot cut in 1/2
1 tsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp butter
1 – 1 1/2 inch Ribeye Steak
Rub Ribeye Steak it with Bourbon Smoked Sea Salt, Bourbon Smoked and 1 tsp of Bourbon Smoked Chili & Coffee Rub.
Heat vegetable oil on medium-high heat in a cast-iron skillet.
Add seasoned Ribeye Steak to cast iron-skillet.
Add garlic cloves and shallot to the cast-iron skillet.
Sear the first side of the Ribeye Steak for 4-minuets.
Flip Ribeye Steak and sear for an additional 3-minuets.
During the last minute of cooking, add 2-tbsp of butter, and the remaining Bourbon Smoked Chili & Coffee Rub and baste the steak with a spoon or brush.
Let cooked Ribeye Steak rest for 5-minutes before serving.
