Bourbon Barrel Barbecue Chicken Wings

Bourbon Barrel Barbecue Wings and Blue Cheese Sauce-2

Makes 60 Wings

Bourbon Barrel Wing Sauce
12 oz Bourbon Barel Barbeque Sauce
3 oz Chef Edward Lee’s Sambal Sauce
4 oz Bluegrass Soy Sauce
2 oz Bourbon Barrel Aged Worcestershire
2 oz spicy Kentuckyaki
Whisk together ingredients and set aside

Wing Seasoning
4 tablespoons Bourbon Smoked Garlic Salt
4 tablespoons Bourbon Smoked Paprika
4 tablespoons Bourbon Smoked Black Pepper
2 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons baking powder

Rinse wings under cold water and pat dry. Toss winds with dry seasoning, flour, and baking soda and lay on a rack sitting on a sheet tray.
Bake in a preheated 250-degree oven for about 30 minutes to render the fat.
Turn oven up to 425 degrees and continue baking for 40-45 minutes.
Toss with Bourbon Barrel Wind Sauce

Drizzle with sauce. Dip & eat!

Try these wings with Bourbon Smoked Blue Cheese Dip

Bourbon Smoked Blue Cheese Dip:
24 oz sour cream
24 oz mayo
½ lb blue cheese
½ bunch green onion
2 tbls Bourbon Smoked Garlic Salt
1.5 oz Bourbon Barrel Aged Worcestershire Sauce
3 tbs Bourbon Smoked Black Pepper
3 lemons juiced

Whisk all ingredients in a bowl.
Transfer to serving dish and top with green onions
